Returns & Refunds policy

At Iconic Villa Panchgani, we strive to provide exceptional service and accommodations. We understand that plans can change, and we have established the following refund policy to accommodate our guests:

1. Cancellation Policy

• Free Cancellation: Cancellations made up to 14 days prior to the check-in date will receive a full refund.

• Partial Refund: Cancellations made between 3 to 6 days prior to the check-in date will incur a 50% cancellation fee.

• No Refund: Cancellations made less than 3 days before the check-in date, or no-shows, will not be eligible for a refund.

2. Refund Process

• Refunds will be processed within 14 working days from the date of cancellation.

• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during booking.

3. Non-Refundable Bookings

Certain promotional or discounted bookings may be marked as non-refundable. Please review the terms and conditions of your booking carefully.
